This agreement with Al-Emara Company for Accounting and Administrative Software covers all subscribers of the Cpos program for accounting and business management services. Using the program implies acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.
Please read this agreement carefully before continuing to install the software and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Duration of the Agreement
This agreement becomes effective upon acknowledgment of its content and remains valid as long as the customer uses the software. If the terms are violated, Al-Emara Company, the sole owner of the Cpos program, reserves the right to cancel the subscription and delete the customer's data and database from the company's servers.

The user of the Cpos program is responsible for regularly backing up their database through the system.

4. Account Protection
Customers must take all precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their account data. This includes not sharing access links, usernames, or passwords with anyone.

5. Intellectual Property Infringement
Al-Emara Company respects intellectual property rights and expects customers to do the same. If a subscriber finds any related content that violates intellectual property laws, they may notify us, and we will respond by removing the content or any links to it.

6. Indemnity
The customer agrees not to demand compensation or damages from Al-Emara Company or its employees for server issues, data loss, or misuse of the software. Customers are responsible for their own backups within the Cpos system.

7. Maintenance
Al-Emara Company will perform necessary maintenance, upgrades, or feature additions periodically. This may result in temporary service outages or server downtime.

10. Data Preservation
Customers must regularly back up their company databases. Al-Emara Company is not responsible for data loss or damage if backups are not maintained.

11. Termination of Agreement
Customers may terminate service by ceasing subscription payments or notifying the company. In such cases, all customer data will be deleted after a grace period of 30 days.

12. Disclaimer
Al-Emara Company provides no explicit guarantees for the performance of the Cpos program for specific purposes or against data loss. The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the program or website.

14. Training
Al-Emara Company provides technical support and information on all program features.

1- Al-Emara Company respects customer privacy and ensures the confidentiality of all entered data, accessing it only upon request for support or maintenance purposes.

2- The company collects non-identifiable browsing data (e.g., browser type, language, and operating system) to enhance user interaction.

3- Customer subscription data is stored securely and shared only with authorized personnel or contractors who adhere to confidentiality agreements.
